We only deliver to the UK and all are sent out by First Class Recorded Delivery the same day, so most orders will arrive the next day, we make sure that the items are packaged very securely in either Jiffy style padded bags or cardboard boxes, we are also able to track every item that is send out, so in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order we will be able to check the tracking code to find out what has happened, obviously some items do get lost in the post, if that happens to one of your orders, we will gladly send your order out again. Our checkout system make is very easy to buy our products, you do not have to register and we do not ask for your phone number, just enter in your name and address and optionally select another address for your order to be sent to, go to the payment screen and enter your credit card details through our secure 128bit encryption directly with our credit card company, and your order is complete, it's as simple as that. You can also pay for your goods by PayPal, cheque or even by internet bank transfer and as soon as we see the funds we dispatch you order.

Live stock status is activated on all of our products, once a product goes out of stock there will be an option on the screen to notify you by email when the product comes back in, as soon as it's back in stock, you will receive an email with a picture and a link so you can go straight to the item and order it there and then.
